Mubarkaan is a Men’s Ethnic Wear Showroom specializing in customized and made-to-order ethnic outfits. We provide customers with personalized outfits designed according to their occasion, style, fabric, fitting and customization requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-presented and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in men’s ethnic fashion.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable ethnic wear, explaining customization options and coordinating customized orders to provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable men’s ethnic wear for different occasions.
- Explain fabrics, designs, styles and available customization options.
- Understand and accurately note customer measurements and customization requirements.
- Coordinate customized/made-to-order outfits with the relevant team.
- Follow up on orders and keep customers updated regarding order status.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build good customer relationships.
- Ensure proper presentation and arrangement of products in the showroom.




- Maintain a high standard of customer service and showroom experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Interest in men’s ethnic wear, fashion and styling.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable options.
- Good attention to detail, especially while noting measurements and customization requirements.
- Previous experience in showroom/retail sales will be an advantage.
- Experience in men’s ethnic wear or customized clothing will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
