Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates for a Real Estate Sales Process in Malad West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have prior BPO or BPO sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle customers and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads for the real estate process
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
- Communicate with prospective customers and assist them throughout the sales process
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads
- Work towards assigned sales and conversion targets




- Maintain accurate customer and lead records

Eligibility & Requirements

- HSC / Graduate
- Minimum 3 months of BPO or BPO Sales experience
- Positive communication skills are mandatory
- Customer handling and lead generation skills
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales environment

Salary & Work Details

- Salary: Up to ₹27,000 CTC per month
- Rotational day shift
- Rotational weekly off
- Work location: Malad West, Mumbai
