ABOUT THE HEALING WIZ

The Healing Wiz is a transformation and healing organisation running high-impact monthly workshops. We are growing rapidly and building a marketing engine that consistently delivers 900+ registrations per workshop cycle. ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Executive, you will be a hands-on executor within the Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager. Your primary focus is on driving qualified registrations through digital campaigns, content execution, and lead generation activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms..
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations: ad creation, scheduling, monitoring, and optimisation..
- Create and coordinate content for social media, email, and WhatsApp broadcasts..
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports with key insights..
- Coordinate with the Sales team on lead handover and registration quality..
- Support execution of webinars, live events, and other lead generation activities..
- Manage and grow organic social media channels and community platforms..




- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing monthly campaigns..

- Campaign execution timelines met..
- Accuracy and consistency of content publishing..
- Lead volume contribution and cost per lead..
- Support in improving overall campaign performance..

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing..
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads..
- Basic content creation and copy skills..
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and social media scheduling platforms..
- Analytical mindset — comfortable reading campaign data..
- Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote setting..
