About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Partner Operations Executive to manage partner relationships, drive performance, improve retention, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned partners and maintain strong relationships through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Track partner performance and key metrics such as activity, call duration, productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Identify low-performing partners, understand performance gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Handle partner queries and coordinate with Product, Tech, Finance, Support, and other teams for timely resolution.
- Drive partner retention, engagement, reactivation, and overall account growth.
- Conduct partner training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Analyse operational data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Identify process gaps and suggest initiatives to improve partner experience and operational efficiency.
- Communicate campaigns, rewards, policy updates, and business initiatives to partners.
- Maintain accurate trackers and ensure timely follow-up on pending actions.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Operations, Key Account Management, Partner Management, Customer Success, Customer Operations, or similar roles.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical skills and ability to work with operational data.
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Experience with tools such as Airtable, Retool, Mixpanel, ClickUp, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong ownership, follow-up, and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Experience in customer/partner calling, voice process, customer support, or relationship management will be preferred.
- Experience in a consumer-tech, app-based, marketplace, or partner-network company is a plus.
