**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Bachelor of Buisness Management Department as an Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will contribute to our academic community through teaching, research, and engagement in departmental activities.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Teaching:** Deliver high-quality lectures, lead discussions, and conduct practical sessions at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

2. **Research:** Engage in scholarly activities, including conducting research, publishing in reputable journals, and participating in conferences to contribute to the academic field.

3. **Mentoring:** Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their academic and professional development.

4. **Curriculum Development:** Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum, ensuring it remains current and relevant.

5. **Service:** Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other activities that contribute to the overall development of the department and institution.

**Qualifications:**

1.



Masters in Business Administration / Master of Human Resource management

**Experience:**

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.

- Freshers with good academic records can also to apply.

**Skills:**

- Robust communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

- Proficiency in Business sector, BBA graduates

- Demonstrated research capabilities.
