Meta Ads Creative Strategist | Full-Time, On-site in Surat

Quick thing: This is a full-time creative strategy role. You'll come up with the ad ideas, scripts and briefs that our Designer and Editor turn into Meta ads for Shopify D2C brands. Then you'll read the numbers to see which angles won. The goal isn't more content. It's lower CPA and higher CTR.

This is a full-time, on-site, in-office role in Surat. Not freelance, not remote, not hybrid. We're only considering candidates already living in Surat or nearby. No relocation.

This role is for you if you –

- Have at least 2 years in creative strategy, ad ideation or performance content

- Have worked on Meta ads for e-commerce or D2C brands

- Think in angles, hooks and tests, not just content ideas

- Have written video ad scripts and briefs that someone else produced

- Know CTR, hook rate, watch time, conversion rate and CPA, and what to change when they move

- Can show a portfolio of real ads, with results where you have them

- Already live in Surat or nearby and can work from our office

What you'll actually be doing every week, for each brand:

✨ 10 to 20 new ad ideas (reels, UGC, carousel, static)





✨ 5 to 10 video ad scripts

✨ 5 to 10 creative briefs for our Designer and Editor

✨ Competitor ad research

✨ A creative testing plan across cold audiences and retargeting

✨ Landing page suggestions

✨ A weekly performance report: winners, losers, next tests

✨ Next week's content calendar

Why this might not be for you:

- You want freelance, remote or hybrid work. This is full-time and fully on-site.

- You'd rather not work with numbers. We review CTR and CPA every week.

- You take feedback personally. Ideas get tested, and some lose.
