Implementation Lead – Medical Scribe

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Lead – Medical Scribe to manage the implementation and transition of medical scribing services for US healthcare clients. The role will involve client coordination, workflow setup, team readiness, training, quality monitoring, and ensuring a smooth go-live and transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and transition of recent medical scribing projects from planning through go-live.
- Understand client requirements and establish scribe workflows, SOPs, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams including Operations, Training, Quality, and IT.
- Support EHR/EMR workflow setup and ensure operational readiness.
- Conduct process training, knowledge transfer, mock sessions, and pilot runs for scribe teams.
- Monitor implementation milestones, identify process gaps, and ensure timely resolution of issues.




- Work with Quality and Operations teams to establish quality and productivity standards.
- Ensure a smooth handover of implemented processes to the Operations team.
- Prepare implementation updates, reports, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, patient confidentiality, and client-specific documentation requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Medical Scribing or US Healthcare Operations.
- Experience in implementation, transition, client onboarding, or process setup is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and EHR/EMR systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, training, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and implementation timelines.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
