Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a confident, target-driven, and result-oriented BDM to acquire new clients and grow our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals & networking.
- Connect with brand owners, founders & decision-makers.
- Pitch e-commerce & marketplace solutions and conduct client meetings.
- Manage Lead → Meeting → Negotiation → Conversion.
- Maintain robust follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling & new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Confident, persuasive & sales-oriented personality.
- Strong follow-up and closing ability.
- E-commerce/B2B sales experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
