Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Order Management, and eCommerce.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions while working closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end solutions for logistics, supply chain, WMS, TMS, OMS, and eCommerce platforms.
- Define scalable architectures using microservices, APIs, cloud-native technologies, and event-driven architecture.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture designs.
- Lead architecture reviews, technology selection, POCs, and solution validation.
- Design integrations between ERP, CRM, OMS, WMS, TMS, shipping carriers, payment gateways, and eCommerce platforms.
- Work with REST APIs, GraphQL, API Gateways, EDI, messaging systems, and data pipelines.
- Develop and implement meaningful AI/ML solutions that provide business value.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, SonarQube, automated quality checks, and AI-assisted development.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
- Prepare HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and integration designs.
- Work with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Participate in client discussions, solution presentations, pre-sales, estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and solution pitches.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 8–15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture,



Software Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, eCommerce, Warehouse, or Order Management domains.
- Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Expertise in Microservices, API-driven architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with REST, GraphQL, API Gateway, EDI, Kafka/RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, CI/CD, Docker, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, or custom platforms.
- Strong understanding of system integration, scalability, security, and performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- AWS, Azure, or GCP certification.
- TOGAF, SAFe, or other architecture certifications.
- Experience with AI/ML-driven supply chain optimization.
- Experience with Generative AI / AI-assisted software development.
- Experience with high-volume eCommerce platforms.
- Exposure to last-mile delivery, shipping integrations, micro-fulfillment, and global logistics systems.
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
