About the Role

Atologist Infotech is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in both frontend and backend development, a solid understanding of modern web technologies, and the ability to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient solutions.

You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build robust applications and deliver high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js with Express.js or NestJS.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Design, manage, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
- Conduct code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, including Hooks,



component architecture, and state management.
- Solid experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and ES6+ features.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs; knowledge of GraphQL is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Good to Have

- Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with Next.js.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and Kubernetes fundamentals.
- Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with Redis, message queues (BullMQ/RabbitMQ), and WebSockets.
- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
