Hiring: HR Operations Associate | US HR Shared Services | Bengaluru

We're hiring HR Operations Associates to support the US HR Operations team at Target in India (Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru) on a contract basis.

If you have 2–3 years in HR operations, HR shared services or payroll, and hands-on experience with Workday, MyTime, Kronos or UKG Pro, we'd like to meet you.

Face-to-face interview drive

- Date: Thursday, 8 October 2026
- Time: Around 2:00 PM
- Venue: Target in India office, Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru

Role details

- Experience: 2–3 years
- CTC: 4.2 LPA
- Engagement: Contract (staff augmentation)
- Contract: Till 31 January 2027, with possible extension based on your performance
- Shifts: Rotational, including night and weekend shifts
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

What you'll do

- Audit incoming documents, then ingest and index them into the document storage system for retention
- Carry out timely audits of team member records to keep data accurate




- Maintain performance standards in both production and quality of service
- Use online resources and process pages to stay current on job functions and procedural changes
- Resolve record and data issues with sound problem-solving

What you bring

- 2–3 years in US HR operations, HR shared services or payroll
- Hands-on experience with at least one of Workday, MyTime, Kronos or UKG Pro
- Good written and spoken communication
- Strong organisation and the ability to multitask
- Good typing speed and working knowledge of MS Office

Valuable to know before you apply

- Weekend work may be needed based on business needs. When it is, you get two consecutive days off during the week.
- Work on Target in India holidays may be needed, with compensatory time off (comp-off) provided.
