About the Company
We are a growing real estate company focused on premium residential projects, designed for discerning customers and investors, based in Thoraipakkam, Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for customers after booking, and keep them updated at every stage until handover.
- Answer queries on payments, documentation, construction progress and registration.
- Coordinate with the sales, finance, legal and project teams to resolve customer concerns quickly.
- Follow up on payment schedules and pending documents with warmth and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
What We Are Looking For
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil.
- A patient, polite and solution-focused approach.
- Comfort with MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
