Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Specialists who want to develop practical experience in sales, marketing, communication, lead generation, and customer engagement.

This is a part-time remote opportunity on a commission basis, suitable for college students, freshers, graduates, and individuals looking for flexible work alongside their studies or other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through social media, personal networks, referrals, and online platforms.
- Promote Altus Education's courses, training programs, internships, and other offerings.
- Communicate with prospective students and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
- Explain program benefits, features, and opportunities to prospective students.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain basic records of leads and follow-ups.
- Support marketing campaigns and student outreach activities.
- Achieve assigned weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
- Comfortable communicating with students and prospective customers.




- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Students, freshers, and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

Compensation

Commission-Based Earnings

- No fixed monthly salary.
- Incentives/commission will be provided for successful conversions.
- Higher performance = Higher earning potential.
