WellCare Physiotherapy & Sports Rehabilitation is a premium physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre in Thiruvananthapuram, offering advanced physiotherapy, pain management, sports rehabilitation, spinal rehabilitation, and women’s health services.

As part of our service expansion, we are introducing Sunday operations to improve patient accessibility. We are therefore looking for a dedicated Clinical Assistant to support our physiotherapy team and patients on Sundays.

Position: Clinical Assistant
Location: Thiruvananthapuram
Salary: ₹12,000–₹13,000/month
Work Schedule: Full time; Sunday duty is required

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist physiotherapists during patient treatment and rehabilitation sessions.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and therapy materials.
- Assist patients with positioning, exercises, stretching, mobility, and transfers under physiotherapist supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of clinical areas and equipment.




- Support smooth patient flow and day-to-day clinical activities.
- Observe patients during treatment and report any discomfort or concerns to the physiotherapist.
- Assist with basic clinical records and documentation when required.
- Follow clinic safety, hygiene, and patient-care protocols.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach.
- Perform other duties assigned by the physiotherapist or management.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, punctual, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on Sundays as per the duty schedule.
- Previous experience in a physiotherapy/healthcare setting will be an advantage.
