Site Supervision & Attendance: Monitoring daily attendance, shift rosters, and work execution on shop floors, construction sites, or client facilities
Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Managing third-party contractors, handling labor supply chains, and resolving ground-level disputes
Compliance & Safety Checks: Ensuring workers follow safety protocols, wear protective gear, and meet local labor regulations (such as PF and ESI compliance)
Retention & Attrition Control: Addressing worker grievances, tracking performance, and managing high-turnover blue-collar pools.
Minimum 2 years to 3 years Experience in Blue Collar Field
