Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to on boarding.
- Support talent management, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Manage key HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Track HR metrics and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Partner with unit Heads on hiring and manpower requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant discipline.
- 4 -7 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent management, HRMS and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Education sector experience is preferred.
