We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work with recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and joining dates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Negotiate and discuss salary, notice period, and other employment details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
