The company provides property consultation, project development, and post-sale support, with 100+ completed and 50+ ongoing projects.

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Site Visit Coordinator to coordinate property site visits and deliver a smooth, professional experience to prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule property site visits for prospective buyers.
- Confirm appointments with clients and manage daily visit schedules.
- Guide clients at project sites and explain layout, features, and amenities.
- Ensure a smooth, punctual, and professional site-visit experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share client feedback after each visit.
- Keep sites presentable and update visit records in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or site coordination.
- Excellent communication in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Well-organised, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Own a two-wheeler/vehicle with a valid driving licence is mandatory.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Professional attitude with problem-solving capability.
