About the Role

As a Full-Stack Developer at Catalys, you'll work on our growing portfolio of SaaS products. From building UI screens and APIs to designing database schemas and wiring up third-party integrations, you'll ship features end to end that real businesses rely on daily.

You'll work directly with the Product Manager in a fast-moving startup environment. Priorities shift, requirements evolve as we learn from users, and you'll often take a feature from idea to production in days, not months. AI is at the core of how we build. You'll use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Wispr Flow every day to move fast, while still owning the quality, security, and reliability of what you ship.We don't expect you to know everything on day one.

We do expect you to learn fast, ask good questions, and take ownership of your work.

What You'll Do

- Build and ship full-stack features for production SaaS products.
- Design database schemas, write migrations, and implement secure access controls.
- Build APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations (Meta, Google, Slack, CRMs).
- Turn rough requirements, designs, or a quick conversation into clean, responsive, production-ready features.
- Use AI tools effectively, and review, test, and refine the code they generate.
- Debug production issues, monitor logs, and keep products secure, performant, and reliable as they scale.
- Document what you build so the team can understand, maintain, and extend it.
- Share ideas on product and user experience.



Your input will shape what we build.

Who You AreTechnical skills

- You have 0–2 years of full-stack experience. Freshers will be considered only if they have built real projects (please share GitHub or live links).
- You have solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
- You've built with Next.js and Node.js, and you're comfortable with modern frontend tooling like Tailwind CSS.
- You have working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
- You understand REST APIs, authentication, and webhooks.
- You use Git confidently in a collaborative setting.

How you work

- You use AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not as an afterthought.
- You debug patiently and test your own work before calling it done.
- You're comfortable with changing priorities and can figure things out without detailed instructions.
- You're self-driven and work well in a remote team.

How you communicate

- You explain things clearly and in a structured way, whether you're typing or speaking.
- You can turn a vague idea into precise instructions, which matters a lot when you're prompting AI tools by voice or text.
- You're comfortable talking with stakeholders. You can understand what they need, ask the right questions, and explain technical trade-offs in simple language.
- You give clear progress updates and flag blockers early.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Supabase (Auth, Row Level Security, Edge Functions, Realtime).
- Familiarity with Meta Marketing APIs or Google APIs.
- Basic exposure to Android / React Native.
- Prior experience building a SaaS product.
