Job Title: Host / Hostess

Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The candidate should have good and strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide a warm and professional welcome to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage guest seating and maintain the seating arrangement efficiently.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Handle guest queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain a professional and friendly interaction with guests throughout their visit.
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table availability.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team regarding special requests and guest preferences.
- Ensure the entrance and reception area remain clean and presentable.




- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to the concerned manager when required.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant entrance.

Requirements:

- Positive and strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Pleasant personality with confident and skilled body language.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Ability to handle guests politely and professionally.
- Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer-facing role in a restaurant/hospitality industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
