Job Summary

Setoo Solutions is looking for a Senior AI + Data Engineer with strong expertise across AI/ML, Data

Engineering, Workflow Automation, and Backend Engineering. The ideal candidate should be

hands-on with building scalable data pipelines, AI/LLM workflows, recommendation systems,

asynchronous processing systems, and production-grade APIs.

The candidate will work across the complete engineering lifecycle, from data ingestion and

processing to AI/ML model workflows and backend API development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage n8n workflows integrating APIs, databases, AI services, and internal

systems.

• Develop LLM workflows, context engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and AI/ML

solutions.

• Prepare and transform complex datasets from data warehouses for model training,

feature engineering, and analytics.

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data processing jobs.

• Develop and enhance Recommendation Engines, ranking systems, and personalization

solutions.

• Design parallel processing and asynchronous workflows using queues and distributed

workers.

• Manage and optimize Celery workers, including task queues, retries, concurrency, and

workload distribution.

• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, and implement efficient data

models.

• Collaborate on Next.js/React integrations and AI/data-driven product features.

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, reliability, and data-quality issues

across the technology stack.

• Follow production engineering best practices for version control, testing, deployment,

monitoring, and system reliability.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL • Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries





• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL data modeling

• Experience building FastAPI / REST APIs

• Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms

• Strong understanding of Celery, task queues, parallel processing, and asynchronous

workflows

• Experience with Machine Learning and model training

• Strong understanding of LLMs, Context Engineering, RAG, embeddings, and AI

workflows

• Experience with Recommendation Systems / Ranking / Personalization

• Basic knowledge of Next.js / React

• Good understanding of Git, databases, and production engineering practices

Good to Have

• Redis / RabbitMQ / Kafka

• Docker / Kubernetes

• Cloud platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure

• Vector Databases and embedding systems

• Apache Spark or other distributed processing frameworks

• MLOps, model monitoring, and production AI systems

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Hands-on engineer capable of working across AI + Data + Backend Engineering.

• Strong Python, SQL, and database expertise.

• Experience handling large and complex datasets.

• Ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines and AI workflows.

• Strong understanding of distributed processing, asynchronous systems, and task

queues.

• Ability to take solutions from data ingestion → processing → AI/ML → API → production.

• Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance,

scalability, and reliability.

Pay: ₹140,000.00 per month
