We are seeking a part time Accountant (Work from home) 9 pm to 1 am.

We are looking for part time (9 pm to 1 am IST) accountant to manage our accounting. The major part accounting is tracking of all expenses with correct category, with appropriate supporting documentation and bank reconciliation. Also involves adjustment journal entries and reporting.

The ideal candidate to be experienced QuickBooks software including setup of accounts, customers, bank reconciliation, and Journal entries.

Responsibilities:

- Reconciling all uploaded invoices to expenses.

- Upload corresponding supporting documents to appropriate expenses.





- Making sure all transactions has corresponding supporting documents.

- Reconciling bank statements to books

- Making Journal Entries as per transactions.

- Make details for bank draws by providing all invoices and proof of payments summary.

- Learning new QuickBooks feature and improve the setup of our accounting culture.

Candidate will work directly with the CEO, providing details of accounts, reporting etc.

· Education:

- Chartered Accountants or Inter CA.

· Experience:

- 2-5 years in QuickBooks software
