Role Overview

As a Real Estate Sales Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers — understanding their requirements, showing them relevant properties, and guiding them through to closure. This is a target-driven, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and hitting numbers. Good knowledge of the Sewri, Parel, Dadar, Marine Lines, Tardeo, Mahalaxmi locality is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and walk-ins
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties
- Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet monthly targets




- Maintain and update the CRM with lead status and follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business
- Stay current on local property inventory, pricing trends, and the South Mumbai Market

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + Hindi/Marathi)
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits (own two-wheeler preferred)
- Solid negotiation and persuasion ability
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with a field-sales role
- Prior experience in real estate, BFSI, or direct sales is a plus, but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of the Sewri, Parel, Dadar, Marine Lines, Tardeo, Mahalaxmi locality is an advantage
