Key Responsibilities

- Overall Operations Management
- Manage and oversee complete manufacturing operations from order receipt to final dispatch.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Production, Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Testing and Dispatch.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Production Management
- Plan and monitor production schedules based on customer orders and delivery commitments.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials and shop-floor resources.
- Monitor productivity, production capacity and manufacturing efficiency.
- Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks and improve throughput.
- Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- Coordinate with Sales/Projects and PPC teams for order priorities and delivery schedules.
- Ensure availability of BOMs, drawings, components and raw materials before production.
- Monitor WIP and ensure timely completion of production orders.
- Implement systems to reduce production delays and idle time.
- Project & Order Execution
- Take ownership of execution of control panel projects from order release to dispatch.
- Ensure manufacturing is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
- Track project milestones and resolve execution-related issues.
- Quality Management
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, manufacturing and customer quality standards.
- Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection.
- Reduce rejection, rework and manufacturing defects.
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Testing & Commissioning Coordination
- Oversee routine and functional testing of control panels.
- Ensure panels are tested according to approved specifications and test procedures.




- Coordinate with Testing, Design and Project teams for resolution of technical issues.
- Procurement & Material Management
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for timely procurement of electrical components, enclosures, busbars, cables, breakers, relays, contactors, PLCs, etc.
- Ensure critical components are available as per production requirements.
- Work towards reducing material shortages, excess inventory and procurement delays.
- Cost Control
- Monitor manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Control wastage, rework, overtime and material consumption.
- Improve material utilization and manufacturing productivity.
- Support management in improving project margins.
- Manpower Management
- Lead production, assembly, wiring, testing, quality and support teams.
- Plan manpower requirements according to production load.
- Set productivity targets and monitor individual/team performance.
- Develop skilled manpower through training and cross-functional development.
- Process Improvement
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Standardize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Improve manufacturing cycle time and operational efficiency.
- Maintenance & Infrastructure




- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure availability of machines, tools and production equipment.
- Minimize machine breakdowns and production interruptions.
- Plan preventive maintenance activities.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of workplace safety practices.
- Maintain compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Promote secure working practices across the manufacturing facility.
- Delivery & Customer Commitment
- Ensure on-time completion and dispatch of customer orders.
- Monitor order-wise delivery performance.
- Coordinate with Sales/Projects for customer-specific priorities and urgent requirements.
- Support resolution of customer complaints related to manufacturing and quality.
- MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare and review operational KPIs such as:
- Production efficiency
- Capacity utilization
- OTD (On-Time Delivery)
- Rejection/rework %
- WIP
- Productivity
- Manufacturing cost
- Inventory
- Machine utilization
- Present operational performance and improvement plans to top management.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the key coordination point between Sales, Design, Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, Stores, Testing and Dispatch.
- Resolve interdepartmental issues affecting production and delivery.
- Participate in management meetings and contribute to strategic business decisions.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Waluj, Aurangabad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
