Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Planning Manager to join our team atPharmintech Turnkey Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inproject planning, execution, and commissioning, specifically within the Cleanroom or HVACindustry.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling:

- Develop detailed project schedules.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to integrate all projectphases.
- Monitor and update progress, identify slippages, and propose recovery plans.
- Technical Coordination: Understand clean room classification (ISO 14644, GMP) and HVAC requirements.
- Coordinate with design consultants for HVAC layouts, AHU sizing, ducting, andcleanroom utilities.
- Verify BOQs, drawings, and technical submittals as per project scope and clientspecifications.

Execution Support:

- Track site activities related to HVAC equipment (AHUs, ducting, chillers, HEPA filters,etc.).
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and automation teams for interface points




- Support site engineers in resolving technical and scheduling issues.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure documentation such as IQ/OQ protocols, validation reports, and as-builtdrawings are prepared and submitted.
- Support QA/QC in complying with clean room and HVAC validation standards (DOPtest, velocity, particle count, etc.).
- Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspection

Client & Vendor Coordination:

- Participate in client meetings, provide status updates, and align project priorities.
- Follow up with vendors and subcontractors for timely deliveries and execution.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in project planning, preferably in Cleanroom orHVAC projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and design software.
- Experience in project planning, execution, and commissioning is a must.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
