We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Career Counselor to guide students in making informed decisions about their education, career paths, and future opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counseling skills, along with the ability to understand students’ interests, strengths, and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide one-on-one career counseling and guidance to students.
- Understand students’ interests, strengths, academic performance, and career goals.
- Guide students regarding suitable courses, career options, colleges, and higher education opportunities.
- Conduct career counseling sessions, assessments, workshops, and orientation programs.
- Assist students in developing academic and career plans.
- Maintain proper records of counseling sessions and student progress.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and management.
- Stay updated on current career trends, courses, entrance examinations, and educational opportunities.




- Support students in making informed decisions regarding their academic and professional future.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in career counseling or student counseling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
- Valuable knowledge of career pathways, higher education options, and current career trends.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a school, college, educational institution, or counseling setup will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
