Finomics Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Chief General Manager (CGM) to lead business operations, strategic growth, business development, revenue enhancement, partnership development, and expansion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience from the Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech sector, along with a proven ability to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, generate revenue, and close commercial deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee overall business operations and organizational performance.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Identify and close strategic partnerships and commercial deals.
- Develop and execute business growth and expansion strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and stakeholder meetings.




- Support strategic business development and revenue enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Master's degree is mandatory, such as MBA, M.Com, Master's in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, financial management, and organizational leadership.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
