Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Executives (ONLY Girls) to join our business. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, retailers, wholesalers, boutiques, and business clients to generate sales and develop long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.
- Introduce and explain our garment and apparel products.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain regular communication with retailers, wholesalers, boutiques, and other buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Negotiate prices and close orders as per company guidelines.
- Maintain daily call and sales records.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication required.
- Prior experience in telecalling,



telesales, garment, fashion, wholesale, or retail sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Additional Skills Preferred:

- Experience dealing with retailers, wholesalers, boutiques or fashion stores.
- Knowledge of garments, apparel and fashion products.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
