About the Role

We are looking for a Booking & Inquiry Conversion Freelancer to handle customer inquiries for Te Amo Boutique Stays.

The freelancer will receive inquiries from customers interested in staying at the property and will be responsible for responding to inquiries, explaining the stay options, following up with interested customers, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

This is a performance-based opportunity, where the freelancer earns a fixed incentive on every successfully confirmed booking.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming inquiries for Te Amo Boutique Stays.
- Respond to customers promptly and professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other assigned channels.
- Understand the customer's:
- Preferred dates
- Number of guests
- Room preference
- Budget
- Special requirements
- Explain the available accommodation options and facilities clearly.
- Share relevant room details, pricing, photographs/videos, and other information with customers.
- Answer customer questions regarding the property, rooms, location, facilities, check-in/check-out, and booking process.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed their booking.
- Maintain proper follow-up until the inquiry is converted, dropped, or handed over.
- Coordinate with the internal Te Amo team for room availability and booking confirmation.
- Ensure accurate booking information is collected from the customer.
- Maintain a daily record of inquiries received, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.
- Provide regular updates/reporting to the concerned team.

Booking Conversion Responsibility





The freelancer will be responsible for taking an inquiry through the sales process:

Inquiry Received → Customer Communication → Requirement Understanding → Room/Stay Explanation → Follow-Up → Booking Confirmation

The primary performance parameter will be the number of successfully converted bookings.

Commission / Incentive Structure

The freelancer will receive an incentive for every successfully confirmed booking:

Room CategoryIncentive Per Confirmed BookingRoyal Category Room₹200Boutique Casa Room₹150

Example:
If the freelancer converts 20 Royal Category bookings in a month:

20 × ₹200 = ₹4,000 incentive

If the freelancer converts 20 Boutique Casa bookings:

20 × ₹150 = ₹3,000 incentive

There is no fixed salary under this commission-based structure unless separately agreed with the company.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident speaking ability over phone calls.
- Good WhatsApp and email communication skills.
- Ability to explain offers and room details clearly.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Polite, professional, and persuasive communication.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining inquiry records.




- Smartphone and reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and respond to inquiries within the required time.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience in hotel, resort, travel, hospitality, telecalling, or sales.
- Experience handling hotel/resort booking inquiries.
- Experience with WhatsApp-based sales.
- Knowledge of CRM or lead-management systems.
- Hindi and English communication skills.
- Gujarati or other regional language skills will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations

The freelancer is expected to:

- Respond to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups.
- Keep accurate inquiry and booking records.
- Never leave a genuine customer inquiry unattended.
- Provide correct information regarding rooms, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain professional communication with every customer.
- Focus on converting qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Report confirmed bookings and pending follow-ups regularly.
