Job Responsibilities

- Call existing pharma clients and take repeat orders
- Follow up on pending orders, dispatch & payments
- Call new leads and convert clients through phone calls
- Maintain client data on Excel / WhatsApp
- Coordinate with accounts & dispatch team

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills (Hindi, basic English)
- Experience in client calling / order booking
- Knowledge of MARG ERP software preferred for experienced candidates
- Freshers can apply

Experience

- 0–3 years (Telecalling / Inside sales / Pharma preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
