Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow strategic client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal delivery teams.Drive revenue growth through account mining, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.Monitor project delivery, service quality, and SLA adherence across engagements.Collaborate with onsite teams, delivery managers, and practice leads to ensure successful project execution.Identify customer challenges and propose relevant technology and business solutions.Support account planning, forecasting, governance reviews, and risk management.Lead regular client reviews and provide insights on account performance.
