The Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This role involves hands-on development, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions across front-end and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code aligned with development standards and best practices.
- Participate in architectural discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Guide junior team members by sharing technical expertise and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum development environments.





Core Skills

- 6–9 years of professional experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (v2+) or React.js for front-end development.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and object-oriented principles.
- Experience working with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
- Proficiency in tools like Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is preferred.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to system observability/monitoring tools.
- Experience in the financial domain or large-scale enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with unit testing (JUnit/TestNG), E2E testing, and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of messaging systems like IBM MQ or Redis Cache.
- Experience with front-end build tools and performance tuning.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- You have 6–9 years of experience in full-stack development with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful microservices.
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks like Angular (v2+) or React.js.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and object-oriented principles.
- Skilled in working with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL) and writing optimized queries.
- Proficient in DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines,



with experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and performance tuning for enterprise applications.
- Comfortable participating in architectural discussions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bonus: Experience with system observability tools, financial domain projects, messaging systems (IBM MQ, Redis), and automated testing frameworks.
