IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical support to users and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and basic network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and system performance issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Configure and support user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Install and configure software, drivers, and system updates.
- Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support when required.




- Follow IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Familiarity with Active Directory is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IT ticketing/ITSM tools.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 6 months–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or Help Desk roles.

Preferred Candidate

- Valuable troubleshooting and analytical ability.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to handle multiple support requests and prioritize tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
