- Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations: Supervise day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Certifications: Professional designations like CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant), or CMA are strongly preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, often including at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, enterprise accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, critical thinking, ethical judgment, and transparent communication abilities.
- Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the timely preparation of accurate financial statements and ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, or local regulatory standards. [1, 2]
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing operating budgets, monitor cash flow,



and analyze financial performance against targets. [1, 2]
- Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls to minimize risk and prevent fraud. [1, 2]
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and train accounting staff to improve departmental efficiency. [1, 2]
- Auditing: Act as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors during fiscal reviews and year-end closes. [1, 2]

Timings 10am -7 pm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
