Key Responsibilities
Manage customer queries, relationships, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain and update customer/CRM records.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
CRM/Customer Service experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
