Clarity is expanding its team of Wellness Listeners for individuals who enjoy talking to people, understanding different perspectives, and being a dependable presence during everyday conversations.

As part of this role, you will connect with Clarity users over voice or chat. Your focus will be on having respectful, engaging conversations and making each interaction comfortable for the user.

We are looking for people who:

- Can communicate confidently in English and at least one of these languages: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada
- Are comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds and age groups
- Are naturally patient, approachable, and considerate in conversations
- Can remain composed and respectful while handling different types of interactions
- Understand the importance of keeping conversations and user information private

Responsibilities:





- Talk with users through Clarity's voice or chat interface
- Take the lead in keeping conversations natural, comfortable, and engaging
- Give users your attention and respond thoughtfully to what they share
- Maintain appropriate boundaries while interacting with users
- Follow Clarity's conversation standards and safety practices
- Ensure that information shared during conversations remains confidential

Note : This is a conversation and listening-based role, not a skilled mental-health position. You will not be expected to provide therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or medical advice.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
