- Responsible for Rural and Urban insurance sales though network of RAP.
- High Level of Engagement with Rural Authorized Persons (RAPs) and Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) by visiting them round the month.
- Handling the whole sales process with personal sales targets.
- Organizing District level workshop for VLE.
- Responsible for Training and Motivation to CSC-VLE .
- Constantly searching for new VLEs and their conversion into Raps
- Scheduling Sales calls and meeting with CSC-VLE/RAPs/eDMs
- Following Competitors Actions and Activities and suitable actions accordingly
Qualifications
- MBA
- 7-10 Years experience in CSC e-governance, B2C, and B2B services.
