Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify recent customers such as EPC contractors,consultants,OEMSs,builders,industries and government projects.
- Meet client to understand load details,application required panel configurations,ratings and standards.
- Read and interept electrical SLD,tender documents and bill of quantitites
- Create detailed panel board quotations,including BOM,price ,technical datasheets and exclusions.
- Explain roduct features and advnataes to consultants,project managers and procurement teams.
- Pass customer requirement to design and production teams for drawings,costing and manufacturing clarity.
- Attend pre-bid meetings ,prepare technical clarificartions and submit tender documentation befored deadlines .
- Work with estimation team to calculate the cost of materials ,fabrication and assembly.
- Build long-term relationships with consultants,procurement heads,site engineers and project managers.
- Hnadle price negotiation ,delivery terms and payment conditions to secure the order.
- Prepare internal handover documents including approved drawings,BOM,delivery schedule and project details.'
- Track tender document including approved drawings,BOM,delivery schedule and project details.




- Track technical drawing approvals,dispatch clearances and payment colletions.
- Viisit customer sites for installationdiscussions issue resolution and coordination with service teams.
- Monitor competitor pricing,new products and market movements.
- Maintain updated CRM data, prepare weekly sales report, track targets and forecast revenue.
- Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- MBA in Marketing

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of LV/MV switchgear
- Knowledge of IEC/IS standards
- Ability to read SLDs and panel GA drawings
- Basic AutoCAD reading
- Understanding of protection systems, breakers, metering, and busbar design

Sales Skills

- Negotiation & communication

- Market research

Language Known: English, Hindi, Tamil,Malayalam

Experience

- 3–7 years (or as required) in LV/MV panels, switchgear, electrical equipment, or industrial sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
