Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with strong expertise in OmniStudio and Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

The candidate will be responsible for technical solution design, hands-on development, integrations, code reviews, deployment, troubleshooting, technical documentation and providing technical leadership across enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Design and develop solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Implement and support Salesforce CLM processes including contract creation, authoring, approvals, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, termination, and document generation.
- Develop and maintain Apex, Triggers, Batch/Queueable Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Support data migration, deployment, testing, and production troubleshooting.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development and coding standards.
- Work with Architects, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, Project Managers, and clients to deliver technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and mentor Salesforce developers.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead with proven enterprise implementation experience and strong expertise in both OmniStudio and Salesforce CLM. The candidate should be capable of independently handling technical design, development, integration, deployment, troubleshooting, and client-facing technical discussions.

Note: Candidates with only generic Salesforce development experience but without strong hands-on OmniStudio and Salesforce CLM experience will not be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹2,300,000.00 per year
