KMC College of Law is looking for a reliable and technically skilled person to handle the College’s day-to-day maintenance and transport requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor water pumps, motors and other related equipment.
- Attend to basic electrical maintenance, identify electrical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
- Attend to plumbing works, including identifying leaks, blockages and other plumbing-related issues and carrying out necessary repairs.
- Handle routine maintenance and minor repair works across the campus.
- Drive the College Omni and other designated vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Pick up and drop faculty members and staff as required.
- Collect and deliver couriers, documents, materials and other official items.
- Undertake local travel and errands related to the day-to-day functioning of the College.
- Assist with shifting, transporting or arranging equipment and materials whenever required.
- Coordinate with external electricians, plumbers,



mechanics or service personnel when specialised work is required.
- Ensure that the College vehicle, motors, pumps and other equipment are kept in good working condition.
- Perform other maintenance, transport and operational duties assigned by the College administration.

Requirements:

- Practical knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing work.
- Ability to operate water pumps, motors and related equipment.
- Valid driving licence and good driving skills.
- Prior experience in maintenance, electrical/plumbing work and driving will be preferred.
- Ability to identify and rectify routine maintenance issues independently.
- Reliable, responsible and willing to undertake diverse operational duties.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required for urgent maintenance or transport needs.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
