About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Purchase & Store Executive to manage our material procurement and inventory. In this dual role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality goods at the best prices while ensuring smooth store operations and zero stockouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Procurement: Source suppliers, negotiate competitive prices, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels using the FIFO method to prevent both shortages and overstocking.
- Store Management: Inspect incoming materials, verify delivery challans,
- System Management: Update and maintain daily stock entries in [SAP / Tally / ERP software]
- Auditing:



Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordination: Work with production teams for material planning and clear vendor invoices with the accounts team.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, B.Sc, or Diploma in Supply Chain/Material Management preferred).
- Software: Strong command over MS Excel and ERP systems like [Tally / SAP].
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, vendor coordination, and numerical skills.
