Designation: Customer Support & Sales

Role & responsibilities:

· Research and identify potential clients through online search

· Outbound Cold Calls to gather precise data

· Convert incoming order request Via calls and emails

· Assist customers in navigating our products/services, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their problems.

· Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for first-contact conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

· Must be ok with US shift hours

· Experience in Sales process Outbound Calling

· Excellent spoken & writing communication

· Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
