About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader to manage a team of Operations Support Representatives (OSRs) within an International Voice Process.

The ideal candidate should have strong people-management skills, excellent English communication, and proven experience in managing sales or customer service teams in an International BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a team of OSRs and ensure employees meet company and client performance standards.
- Monitor individual and team performance against key account/program metrics.
- Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, feedback, and performance improvement sessions.
- Support team members in achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Maintain transparency with team members regarding individual and overall team performance.
- Analyze performance gaps and develop action plans to improve productivity.
- Prepare and submit regular team performance reports to the Operations Manager.
- Manage the operational queue effectively to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Motivate team members to achieve professional growth and performance objectives.

Candidate RequirementsEducation

- Graduate or Postgraduate candidates can apply.
- Undergraduate candidates are not eligible.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience is mandatory.
- Experience in International Sales, International BPO, or International Voice Process is required.




- Experience managing voice-process teams will be preferred.

Skills

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing KPIs, targets, escalations, coaching, and performance.
- Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
