Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator / Dispatch Coordinator to join our team and support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations for the US market.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience handling logistics, dispatch, customer, or sales coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily logistics and dispatch operations.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate loads, schedules, and operational requirements.
- Handle customer and operational queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems/documents.
- Follow up on pending deliveries, operational issues, and customer requirements.
- Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed within deadlines.
- Work closely with the team to resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
- Support smooth and efficient transportation operations.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, customer service, or sales coordination.




- Experience working with Canada logistics / transportation operations will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with office/business applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
