About the Role

We at Kriyative create school textbooks and learning resources from KG to higher grades.

We are looking for a passionate Teacher Mentor who can visit schools, train teachers, explain our textbooks, and help schools use our books successfully in the classroom.

This is a role for someone who loves teaching, enjoys meeting teachers, is confident in giving presentations, and is ready to travel across Tamil Nadu.

This is not a regular desk job. You will work directly with schools, teachers, coordinators, and principals to improve classroom learning.

What You Will Do

1. Visit Schools Across Tamil Nadu

You will travel to schools in different towns and districts to support them.

You may have to:

- Visit schools for teacher orientation.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Stay overnight when required.
- Start early or return late based on school schedules.

Travel is an important part of this role.

2. Mentor and Train Teachers

You will help teachers understand how to use our textbooks well.

You will:

- Explain the textbook structure.
- Show teachers how to teach lessons effectively.
- Demonstrate activities, worksheets, and assessments.
- Support teachers with practical classroom ideas.
- Help teachers feel confident while using our books.

3. Support Textbook Implementation

You will make sure schools are able to use our books properly.

You will:

- Guide teachers after the books are introduced.
- Understand classroom challenges.
- Collect feedback from teachers and school leaders.
- Share feedback with our internal academic team.
- Help improve our books, worksheets, lesson plans, and training materials.

4. Give Presentations

You should be comfortable speaking to:

- Teachers
- Academic coordinators
- Principals
- School owners

You will present our textbooks, explain our teaching approach,



and build trust with schools.

5. Work with Technology

You should be willing to learn and use digital tools.

You may need to:

- Use presentations.
- Explain digital resources.
- Help teachers use worksheets, videos, apps, or online materials.
- Share reports and updates with the team.

Travel Readiness

This role requires regular travel across Tamil Nadu.

Preferred Background

Candidates with any of the following will be preferred:

- Teaching experience
- Academic coordinator experience
- Textbook or curriculum experience
- B.Ed., Montessori, Early Childhood, or other teacher training qualification
- Experience with CBSE, Matriculation, KG, primary, or middle school teaching

Freshers with strong communication, confidence, subject knowledge, and travel readiness may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
