This is purely Learning and Development Position

Time: 9 to 6pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented HR People Development professional to design, implement, and manage employee learning, development, engagement, and performance improvement initiatives.

- Learning & Development
- Employee Development
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement
- Leadership development
- HR Analytics & Reporting
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on business requirements, performance gaps, employee feedback, and competency requirements.
- Design and coordinate technical, functional, behavioral, soft-skill, leadership, and managerial training programs.




- Integrate L&D; initiatives with KPI/KRA and Performance Management Systems (PMS).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
- Construction and Builders industry experience is preferred
