About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering SaaS products. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle — planning, executing, and closing projects to ensure high-quality software is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional onshore and offshore teams, managing internal and external client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of application development and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Requirement Gathering: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Understand business requirements leading to a BRD, and document the acceptance criteria.

● Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans — timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and budgets — ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

● Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

● Technical Expertise: Hold a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the SaaS product, including architecture, infrastructure, and development processes. Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.





● Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee testing and QA processes to ensure product functionality, performance, and reliability.

● Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring explicit communication and managing client expectations. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.

● Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a B2B SaaS workplace.

● Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.

● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, CogniSaaS).

● Proven record of driving results in a high-growth environment.

● Strong team and stakeholder management skills.

● Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

● Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other teams and team members — Delivery, Technology, Product Management, Analytics, etc.

● Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

● Deep understanding of industry issues, a vision for growth, and a passion to build the organization’s position in the industry.

● Prior experience in a client-facing role.

Good to Have

● Basic understanding of DevOps practices and tools.

● Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma.

● Experience as a techno-functional project manager.

Pay: ₹619,000.00 - ₹1,250,000.00 per year
