Job Title: SharePoint Online Specialist / Consultant

Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented knowledge on SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in SharePoint architecture, experience with industry-standard migration tools, and the ability to minimize business disruption during large-scale transitions.

Key responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain contemporary SharePoint site collections, Team sites, and communication sites, ensuring clean user navigation and page layouts.

- Manage user access, site permissions, and sharing policies (internal and external) in alignment with corporate data security standards.

- Design and develop SharePoint Modern/Classic pages with all OOTB Features.

- Use basic PowerShell scripting to automate routine

- Should have robust knowledge in migration tools like ShareGate.

- Act as the technical point of escalation for support requests regarding sync issues, broken permissions, and document library errors and remedy tickets.

- Should have strong knowledge and experience in creating automated workflows in Power Automate and custom lists/forms in Power Apps.

- Solid understanding of SharePoint groups, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) security groups, and cloud-based permissions modelling.





- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting in SharePoint Online and low code tools.
