Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, confident and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to expand our Payroll, ERP and Business Software solutions across Trichy and nearby districts.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in B2B Sales, Software Sales, Field Sales and Business Development and want to build a long-term career in the growing Enterprise Software industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential customers, demonstrating software solutions and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals and market research.
- Identify and approach Companies, Factories, SMEs, Shops, Institutions and Business Establishments.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, HR, Admin and Finance teams.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Payroll, ERP and Business Software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features and business advantages.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Maintain daily sales reports, lead status and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Implementation, Technical and Support Teams for customer onboarding.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training and promotional activities.

Eligibility

- Any Degree / MBA preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Field Sales or Software Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Payroll Software, ERP, SaaS, Business Software or IT Sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation, negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Two-wheeler and valid Driving License are mandatory.
