Accounts & Finance Manager

About the Role

Miss Highness is looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to manage accounting, taxation, reconciliations, financial reporting, and financial controls. The role will ensure accurate books, timely compliance, and clear financial reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, Tally entries, ledgers, purchases, sales, expenses and month-end closing.
- Handle GST, TDS, ITC reconciliation, e-way bills and coordination with CA/auditors.
- Reconcile sales and settlements across Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa and Shopify.
- Manage bank, payment gateway, vendor, customer and marketplace reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly P&L;, cash flow, MIS and channel-wise profitability reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow and outstanding payments.




- Coordinate inventory and purchase reconciliation with operations/warehouse teams.
- Maintain audit-ready records and support year-end and tax closure.
- Identify discrepancies, control financial risks and ensure proper documentation.
- Supervise Accounts/MIS team members and review important reports.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel/Google Sheets, GST, TDS and reconciliations.
- Experience with e-commerce/marketplace accounting is preferred.
- Good understanding of P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Robust analytical, ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with CA, auditors and internal teams.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
